Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we’ll email you to let you know it has arrived and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days (timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider).
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).
Contact your bank, as processing may take a little longer.
Still no refund? Please reach out to us at gregory@christeas.com and we’ll gladly help.
We replace artworks only if they arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us and we’ll take care of it for you.
If the artwork was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return once the artwork is received.
If the artwork was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
